The essence of Andalucía – Hotel.

The wide range of entertaining and educational activities included in this program will awaken the students’ interest in each place we visit. This way, they will get a complete overview of the region of Andalucía. The trip has been designed to visit the main monuments and must-sees of each city, addressing a variety of key cultural key elements: traditions, history, flamenco, gastronomy… All this, combined with some more relaxed activities, will make a perfectly balanced trip. Besides, as a full-immersion experience, the students will have to use all the linguistic resources within reach, in order to communicate and understand what is happening around them.

Our team of instructors, who will be accompanying the group from the first to the last day, 24/7, will create a relaxed and collegial atmosphere, where all students feel comfortable participating, learning and practising Spanish. Moreover, instructors are ready and willing to respond to any suggestions or enquiry that students or teachers may have, as their goal is to make their experience unforgettable. Each night, instructors will also organise night-time activities so as to end the day in the most exciting way.

    Let’s explore Andalucía! Olé!

Upon your arrival, we will be waiting for you at the Córdoba Airport. From there, we will go, in our private bus, to the hotel. After lunch, we will begin discovering the city with a guided visit of the Mosque and the Jewish quarter, which will reveal some of the secrets of this city. Afterwards, we will go to the hotel, where we will have time to check in and relax a little bit. After dinner, the instructors will prepare some fun group activities to end the day in style!

After waking up, getting ready and having breakfast at the hotel, we will head to the Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs, a building that served as fortress for the Catholic Monarchs, where we will visit the different halls, ramparts and towers and we will end with a walk around its beautiful gardens. Afterwards, we will go to the Sotos de la Albolafia Park, next to the river, where we will look for a place to have lunch.

When we are done, we will go for a walk up to the Andalusian House: a journey in time that will transport us to the times of the Caliphate. Then, we will take our bus to the next destination: Granada. Upon our arrival, we will check in and after dinner, the instructors will be waiting for us with another entertaining night activity! What will we have today?

In the morning, we will begin discovering the city with a guided visit to the old city and the Albaicín, which will transport us to historical times, since this city was the last one to be conquered by the Catholic Monarchs.

After lunch, we will visit the Museum of the Sacromonte Caves. It is an ethnographic museum that will show us the old house-caves and the traditional lifestyles of their inhabitants. This way, we will comprehend the true impact of this patrimonial legacy.

Once we are done, we will go back to the hotel, to have a shower and chill out for a while. And to end the day, as usual… a fun group activity!

After waking up, getting ready and having breakfast, we will head to the Alhambra and the Generalife. We will travel back in time several centuries to discover how life was in times of the Nasrid dynasty, as well as the Muslim monarch’s second residence. When we are done, we will look for a place to have lunch.

In the afternoon, we will visit the poet Federico García Lorca’s House-Museum, also known as the Huerta de San Vicente, which was his summer holiday spot. Afterwards, we will continue our trip to our last destination: Málaga.

When we arrive, we will have time to check in and have dinner and then… we will have a TV contest!

In our last day, we will head to the Alcazaba and the Castle of Gibralfaro. The Alcazaba is a palace fortress of Muslim origin that gives access to the Castle of Gibralfaro. The latest was built for protection purposes in the 14th century. From its ramparts we can enjoy some awe-inspiring views of the city.

In the afternoon, we will go to the beach, where we will have time to have lunch, and when we have rested for a while, we will do a funny scavenger hunt with our instructors. And then, free time to sunbathe, swim or have ice-cream… it’s up to you!

Finally, we will go back to the hotel and, after dinner… the instructors have prepared a little surprise!

This amazing trip is coming to an end… so, after breakfast, we will have time to pack our things and head to the Córdoba airport.

We hope to see you soon! Have a safe journey back!
